You may use your computer and your internet access to see what the Rules and Regulations (4 pages) for the QN '05 competition was and to print a version of the entry form that was mailed back with the entry slides. The entry form is available in two versions. Entry Form A can be printed as a blank form and filled out by hand or on a typewriter. Entry Form B can be completed using your computer keyboard and then printed. Entry Form B is a rather large file, so please be patient as it downloads.
To access the forms and print the forms, you will need the Acrobat Reader, version 5.0 or later. It is free and can be obtained by clicking on the Acrobat icon. If you have an earlier version of Acrobat Reader, you can also update it by clicking on the icon.
